Welcome to our website's User Agreement. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that govern your use of our services. Please read all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement (including our Privacy Policy) and only become a member of our community or make purchases on our site if you are happy to accept them.
Our promise to you
We will NEVER pass on your information to an unrelated third party. Your privacy is very important to us. The information you provide as subscribers to our e-Newsletters or as members of our community, will be used by Sustainnovation and fellow Sustainnovation community members only. We will send you an e-Newsletter every month (and special editions as they arise) as well as make strategic introductions should we believe they will benefit you.
We may use your information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and customise our Site's content, layout, and services. We want this Community to function at its best for you.
You are able to amend or change any of the following details while a member:
- Your Email Address
- Your registration information such as: name, company, address, city, state, post code, country, phone number, fax number and photo
- Your Password
- Your credit card number and expiration date, and other financial information.
Should you wish to cancel your membership, we promise that we will deactivate your account, contact information, and financial information from our active databases. To make this request, access the contact us page. Such information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible.
Your promise to us
You will use membership of the Sustainnovation Community in the spirit in which it is offered, to provide a space for interaction, discussion, introductions and debate on sustainability and other big issues.
Your interactions on our website will be truthful, accurate and without malice. You will not pass other members’ information on to third parties, but consent to allowing other members to contact you through the site. You commit to updating your information should it change, in order to connect with us and others.
You will be responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including billing. Please don’t disclose your User ID or password to anyone else, you will likely be held responsible for their actions on the site.
