Paul Hodgson

Paul is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sustainnovation® Pty Ltd.

Paul has over 15 years' experience in facilitating change in major companies, SMEs, government, community and research institutions. He is passionate about helping organisations to be better for all their stakeholders, using innovation and creativity to increase sustainability and community engagement.

As a globally-recognised industry leader, Paul is sought after to speak at conferences around the world, to share his vision of truly sustainable business. Paul is also a member of the International Assessment Panel of the Enterprise Challenge Fund for the Pacific and South East Asia.

Paul has a Master of Sustainable Development, a Bachelor of International Business, a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and is a Certified Developer of Enterprise.  He is also an Accredited Facilitator for I Owe U International Limited and an Ideas2Market Facilitator for the Australian Institute for Commercialisation.

In 2003, Paul completed the Community Leadership Program in India with Oxfam Australia and the University of Queensland.  He is active in the community sector, advising and supporting a range of community development organisations and social enterprises.

Nicole Hodgson

Nicole is Co-Founder and Director of Sustainnovation® Pty Ltd.

Prior to commencing full-time with Sustainnovation® Pty Ltd in April 2008, Nicole was an Electorate Officer and Media & Policy Adviser for two Federal Members of Parliament.  She ran the media strategy for a successful candidate during the November 2007 Federal Election.

Nicole has undertaken a number of training and management roles previously with USQ Springfield, Brisbane Transport and the Brisbane City Council and is passionate about seeing people use their creativity to achieve better outcomes.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Communication & Media Studies and Drama from the University of Southern Queensland and is currently writing a book about the benefits of becoming a people-centric sustainable business.
